What Is included in the visit?

OFFICE OR VIRTUAL VISIT WITH PRESCRIPTION SENT TO THE PHARMACY IF NEEDED. MEDICATION COST WILL BE ADDITIONAL COST AND PAID AT THE PHARMACY. DIAGNOSTIC TEST ARE ALSO ADDITIONAL COST SUCH AS CHEST X-RAY, ULTRASOUND, ETC.

VIRTUAL MEDICAL EXPRESS CARE VISIT WITH PRESCRIPTION SENT TO THE PHARMACY IF NEEDED. ( DELIVERED TO HOME BY MEDICAL ARTS PHARMACY.) MEDICATION COST WILL BE ADDITIONAL COST AND PAID TO THE PHARMACY.
DIAGNOSTIC TEST ARE ALSO ADDITIONAL COST SUCH AS CHEST X-RAY, ULTRASOUND, ETC.

Do you accept insurance?
NO. Medical Express care is cash only. A bill form may be provided to you to submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement.
What if I need a higher level of care?
​If there are additional service/s needed based on your diagnoses that require treatment and are unavailable, you will be referred to a Specialist for Advanced Care services.
When to go to the emergency department?
Express Care is not for emergencies. For major medical concerns that need immediate attention please go to the emergency departments. These conditions might include heart conditions, Vehicle Accidents, serious head injury, Difficulty Breathing, Asthma attack with severe shortness of breath, back/spinal cord injury, severe allergic reactions, extensive second- or third-degree burns, or substance overdose.
